What kind of packaging do you offer?

We partner with leading packaging manufacturers in Thailand and abroad to ensure the packaging fits your brand. First, check our packaging catalog. Within the catalog, you can find the packaging with the corresponding MOQs; if there's packaging outside this catalog, please let us know, and we can coordinate with our partners accordingly.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We currently do not have an MOQ, but our recommended quantity is 1,000 pcs. For orders below 1,000, prices will be higher. We recommend giving us a range so that you can compare price between each corresponding quantities.

What are your sampling costs and sizes?

Our custom sample formulation cost includes two(2) rounds of revisions to ensure the samples fit your requirements, ranges from $100 - $400 USD (Depending on the ingredients and complexity of the products)*

The costs of custom formulation, excludes the shipping fee. After placing an order with a quantity above 1,000 pcs, the amount of the custom formulation cost will be deducted from the total order value

The samples can be revised two times. Additional revisions will be charged 50% of the initial formulation fee. The samples will be prepared as small sample sizes (with sample packaging); the samples are roughly 50-100g for body care products and 5-50g for face products. There may be additional charges if retail packaging is needed.

What are premium formulations - natural and organic formulations?

We strive to use the highest percentage of natural and ethically sourced ingredients. Premium formulations have the highest percentage of natural and organic ingredients. Our premium formulation combines carefully procured mixtures of natural and organic ingredients. For custom formulations to be certified by institutions like NATRUE, COSMOS, BIORUS etc. please talk to a representative for explanation of the costs in better detail.

We do not always have the exact 1-1 ingredients, but we will try our best to substitute the ingredients we do not have with an ingredient in-house to lower the costs while keeping the same efficiency. Please send us the product you would like to follow for us prior to payment of samples.

What are the FDA Registration costs?

As we are a GMP-certified company, the FDA charges are required for us to submit to the Government to keep track of new products made outside our brand. Upon registration, we can send you the documents proving that the item is made safely and according to cosmetic Thailand laws.
