Our short hair formula helps bring fur to life and prevent tangling with ingredients specially chosen for short-haired cats. Experience stronger fur, less shedding, and effortless grooming.

Ingredients:

  • Hydrolyzed Soy Protein: Helps strengthen fur, reduce shedding, and provide moisture to the hair.
  • Bamboo Leaf: Helps enhance the strength and smoothness of the fur.
  • Arginine: Promotes healthy growth of robust fur and adds extra shine.
  • Ginger Root: Gently soothes the skin, reduces shedding, and provides moisture.
  • Rice Amino Acids: Deeply nourish the fur, reduce tangling, and enhance smoothness.

Scents:

  • Wild Paws: a scent that evokes fruity and floral flavors in nature, providing a fresh feeling that blends with the natural atmosphere, leaving your cat smelling delightful and fresh after a bath.
  • Lush Tails: an intense and sweet fragrance that makes your cat smell wonderful, combining aromas and other ingredients to create a sweet and luxurious scent.
  • Mystic Fur: a uniquely distinctive scent characterized by sweetness, floral notes, warmth, and freshness, creating a refreshing sensation with every touch.

Using Instructions:

Wet your cat thoroughly with water. Mix shampoo with water in a ratio of 1 part shampoo to 10 parts water and shake to combine. Pour the mixed shampoo onto your cat's body and massage it in, starting gently from the back to the head and tail. Rinse out the shampoo. Repeat once more for complete skin and fur nourishment. If your cat has rashes, red skin, or excessive itching, let the shampoo sit on your cat for 2 minutes before rinsing. It can be used for bath every day.

Retail Ordering Process (Quick Overview)

Step 1: Choose Your Product
Select from our ready-made In-House Formulations starting at 100 pieces. Customize your fragrance, packaging, and branding.

Step 2: Customize Your Label
After confirming your order, we will provide an Illustrator label template. You can design your own label using Canva with our provided manual.

Our team will review and check all labels for Thai FDA compliance before production.

Step 3: Confirm Your Order
A 50% deposit is required to start production.

Please note: deposits are non-refundable and orders cannot be modified after confirmation.

Step 4: Production and Delivery
Production timeline:
No Change Orders: 14–45 days
Adjustment orders: 35–60 days

Shipping options:

Production timelines do not include possible delays from packaging suppliers, ingredient sourcing, customs clearance, or third-party logistics.

We will proactively update you if any supply chain delays occur.

Step 5: One week before completion, we will invoice the final balance. Products can then be shipped or picked up.

Step 6: Post-Production Services
After product delivery, you will receive professional photos when ordering more than 500 pieces or more.

What is the minimum order quantity for retail products?

The minimum order is 100 pieces per SKU. You can mix and match different scents under the same formulation.

Can I create my own brand name and product name?

Yes. You can freely create your own product name, marketing descriptions, and brand identity.

After order confirmation, we provide a label template and guide you through the design process.

Will BT SPACESHIP check my label for compliance?

Yes. Before production, our team will review your label to ensure it complies with Thai FDA regulations.

Any required adjustments must be made before final approval.

Can I use Canva for my label design?

Yes. We provide a label size template in Adobe Illustrator (AI) format, along with a manual to help you design using Canva.

Please note:
SVG or EPS format to maintain quality. Retrace or adjust them manually in Adobe Illustrator.

What shipping options are available?

You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout:

When will marketing services like product photos or PIF be provided?

Marketing services, including product photography, PIF preparation, and testing support, are provided after the product delivery.

How can I make sure my order is correct before I checkout?

Orders are processed exactly as submitted. Please ensure all selections (such as packaging, scent, quantity, and any special options) and your contact details are correct before checkout. Changes may not be possible after submission.
