Whether you're starting small or creating a fully custom formulation, we provide full-service support for your skincare or pet care brand—step by step.

✅ Step 1: Choose the Right Products for Your Brand & Budget

In-House Formulations (Starting at 100 pcs)
Choose from our ready-made base formulas with low minimums. Select your fragrance (essential oil or synthetic) and packaging. We’ll provide label size templates in both Canva and Adobe Illustrator formats.

Custom Formulation (Starting at 1,000 pcs)
Create your own product from scratch with up to 3 formulation revisions.
International Orders: From THB 20,000 per formula (includes translation & basic shipping)
Local Orders: From THB 15,000 per formula (excludes translation)

Optional Design Services

Label & Packaging Design: THB 4,500 per SKU
Includes 3 design rounds for both label and box

Thai Artist Illustration (Optional): THB 10,000
Hand-drawn, original artwork for unique branding

Photography Services

Product-Only Photography – THB 5,000
10 white background photos, no overlays

Full Product Photography – THB 10,000
20 lifestyle/mood photos with props, editing, and overlays

Thai Model Photography – THB 10,000 per SKU
10 images per SKU, 1 theme/mood with styling and retouching

International Model Photography – THB 50,000 per session
50–100 images, up to 5 SKUs, 1 mood/theme, retouched

Model options will be shared after payment. Client must confirm within 1–2 weeks.

Bonus
Get 10 free product photos when ordering 500 pcs or more (per project). Delivered post-production. Some may be shared on our socials with your consent.

✅ Step 2: Sample Process or Go Straight to Production

Sample Lead Time: 7–25 days
Standard Production: 14–45 days
Custom Packaging Production: 35–60 days

50% deposit required after sample approval
Final label design must be submitted within 7 days of deposit
Remaining 50% balance invoiced 1 week before shipment
Label checklist and FDA documentation guidance will be provided if applicable

Order Options

Mix & Match (100 pcs): Test up to 5 scents per SKU
Batch Orders (1,000 pcs+): Pay 50% upfront; reorder fresh batches (min. 100 pcs/SKU per shipment)
Custom Packaging Storage: MOQ 5,000–10,000 pcs. Store unused packaging in our warehouse

Storage Fees
THB 50,000/month for up to 20 CBM
THB 3,000/month for each additional CBM

✅ Step 3: Finalize Design

Get an ingredient list, usage instructions, and marketing highlights
Canva and AI templates provided
Finalize designs and submit print-ready files
Our team will confirm the design for production

✅ Step 4: Production

Production Timeline: 14–45 days
Custom Packaging: 35–60 days

Note: Timelines do not include delays related to ingredient shortages, packaging delays, customs, or third-party logistics. We aim for on-time delivery, but some variables are out of our control.
