✅ Step 1: Choose the Right Products for Your Brand & Budget

In-House Formulations (Starting at 100 pcs)
Choose from our ready-made, market-tested base formulas with low minimums.
You can:

• Select your fragrance (essential oil or synthetic)

• Choose from our available packaging

• Receive label size templates in both Canva and Adobe Illustrator formats

In-house formulas are ideal for first launches, testing your market, and starting small with less risk.

Custom Formulation (From 250 pcs / 1,000 pcs)
For brands that need more differentiation and control over ingredients and performance, we offer two levels of custom:

• Custom with Minor Adjustments – from 250 pcs

  • Adjust or add up to 3 ingredients to an existing base concept

  • Perfect for brands who want a bit more uniqueness while keeping it manageable

• Full / More Complex Custom – from 1,000 pcs

  • More than 3 ingredient changes or fully new / complex formulas

  • Best for brands with clear positioning and specific performance goals

All-in Formulation Fee (includes samples & standard shipping for up to 5 rounds):

• International orders: from THB 10,000 per formula

  • Includes formulation, samples, translation & basic sample shipping

• Local (Thailand) orders: from THB 5,000 per formula

  • Includes formulation & samples (translation excluded)

This fee covers formulation work, up to 5 formulation rounds (initial + revisions), and standard sample production & shipping. Duties/taxes in destination countries are not included.

Product-Only Photography – THB 5,000

• 10 white background photos, no overlays

Full Product Photography – THB 10,000

• 20 lifestyle/mood photos with props, editing, and overlays

Thai Model Photography – THB 10,000 per SKU

• 10 images per SKU

• 1 theme/mood with styling and retouching

International Model Photography – THB 50,000 per session

• 50–100 images

• Up to 5 SKUs

• 1 mood/theme, retouched

Model options will be shared after payment. Client must confirm within 1–2 weeks.

Bonus
Get 10 free product photos when ordering 500 pcs or more (per project).
Photos are delivered post-production. Some may be shared on our socials with your consent.

✅ Step 2: Sampling & Process (Before Production)

We now follow a structured, step-by-step process to keep everything aligned and avoid delays:

1. Formulation development & revisions 

2. Sample approval (formula, texture, scent, performance)

3. Label and packaging direction approval

Only after formulation and packaging are confirmed do we move into production.

Sample Lead Time: approx. 7–25 days
Standard Production: approx. 14–45 days
Custom Packaging Production: approx. 35–60 days

• 50% production deposit required after final sample approval

• Final label design must be submitted within 7 days of deposit

• Remaining 50% balance invoiced 1 week before shipment

• Label checklist and FDA documentation guidance provided if applicable

Order Options

• Mix & Match (from 100 pcs)

  • For in-house formulas, you can test up to 5 scents per SKU (within the total ordered quantity).

• Batch Orders (1,000 pcs+)

  • For custom or scaling up, pay 50% deposit; reorder fresh batches with a min. 100 pcs/SKU per shipment.

Custom Packaging Storage

• Packaging MOQ: typically 5,000–10,000 pcs

• Unused packaging can be stored in our warehouse

Storage Fees

• THB 50,000/month for up to 20 CBM after 1 year of free storage

• THB 3,000/month for each additional CBM

✅ Step 3: Finalize Design

• Receive ingredient list, usage instructions, and marketing highlights

• Use our Canva and AI (Illustrator) templates to create your designs

• Submit print-ready files for labels and boxes

• Our team will review and confirm that designs are ready for production

✅ Step 4: Production

Production Timeline:

• Standard: 14–45 days

• With custom packaging: 35–60 days

Timelines do not include delays from ingredient shortages, packaging delays, customs, or third-party logistics. We aim for on-time delivery, but some variables are outside our control.

We coordinate:

• Packaging printing

• FDA registration (if requested)

• Final QC, packing, and preparation

FDA Registration Fees

• Initial: THB 3,000

• Re-registration (per formula): THB 3,000

• Additional costs may apply if more documentation or testing is required

Balance is due 1 week before shipment.

✅ Step 5: Shipment & Feedback

• Air Shipping: approx. 7–14 days

• Sea Shipping: approx. 14–35 days

Products are securely packed and shipped worldwide.
