Photography Packages

1. Product-Only Photography – 5,000 THB

• Includes 10 high-resolution, professionally edited product-only images

• One simple theme or clean background per client brief

• Includes use of standard props (e.g., floral accents, stone textures, fabric drapery)

• No marketing text, product information, or overlays included

• Ideal for e-commerce listings, catalogs, and minimalist brand styles

• Client must inform us how to divide the 10 photos (e.g. 5 with white background, 5 with orange-themed props, etc.) at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in standard allocation by our team.

2. Full Product Photo Package – 10,000 THB

• Includes 20 high-resolution images (product-focused + marketing visuals)

• Includes 3–5 photos with branded text overlays, product highlights, or promotional taglines

• Styled to match your brand mood, tone, and theme

• Use of props and curated composition for lifestyle or commercial use

• Perfect for websites, social media, brochures, and digital campaigns

• Client must specify their preferred breakdown (e.g. 10 lifestyle, 5 white background, 5 textured theme) at booking. If not specified, our standard breakdown will be used.

Optional Model Integration

• Thai Model Package: 25,000 THB (includes 1 model + product photos)

• International Model Package: 80,000 THB (includes 1 model + product photos in 2 themes)

• Additional models can be added at extra cost (by separate agreement)

Model Selection Process

• Model options are shared only after payment and booking confirmation.

• Clients have up to 7 days (or as otherwise specified) to make a selection before options refresh or become unavailable.

• Models are booked specifically for one scheduled session. Once selected, model choice cannot be changed or reused for future shoots without a new booking and fee.

Photography Workflow & Client Responsibilities

• All clients must provide photo-ready product samples, mood boards, and creative direction before the scheduled shoot date. Failure to provide required materials may delay the shoot and/or incur extra fees.

• Once a package is confirmed, our team coordinates creative direction, set styling, and model (if applicable).

• A preview or inspiration board is sent for approval. After shooting, clients receive a selection of images to confirm for final editing and delivery.

• Clients must confirm photo selections and approve final images within 3 business days of delivery of proofs. Unused revision rounds expire at project close.

Delivery Timeline

• Photos are delivered after project completion and product confirmation.

• Please allow 1–3 weeks depending on shoot complexity, model availability, and post-production.

• Delays caused by late client submissions or approvals may result in additional charges and postponed delivery.

Legal & Usage Disclaimers

• All photoshoots and model-based sessions are strictly one-time only. No reshoots, repeats, or session extensions unless due to a confirmed internal error by B.T. SPACESHIP CO.

• Image previews are shared for selection. Once confirmed, selections are final and non-replaceable.

• All images are licensed for commercial use within the client’s brand only. Redistribution or resale outside the brand scope is prohibited.

• B.T. SPACESHIP CO. retains the right to use selected images for portfolio or internal marketing unless exclusivity is agreed upon in writing.

• No refunds or credits for unused revisions, non-submission of mood boards, or late product delivery.

Important:
Clients are responsible for providing all required materials and approving proofs within the specified timelines. Delays or non-submission may lead to forfeiture of included services or extra fees. No exceptions.
