We prioritize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our delivery services. Multiple shipping options are available to ensure your products are transported securely and arrive in a timely manner. We also advise clients to seek alternative shipping options independently to minimize costs.

Shipping Options for Orders Below 500pcs:
For orders under 500 pieces, we recommend air or truck shipping:

  • Air Shipping: Fastest option; instant quotes available on our website. Delivery takes 7–14 days depending on destination.

  • Truck Shipping: Reliable and cost-effective for land-connected regions.

Sea Shipping for Orders Above 500pcs:
Larger orders are best shipped by sea. Estimates provided within 1–5 business days. Delivery takes 1–2 months depending on destination.

Understanding Shipping Terms:

  • Door to Door: We manage shipping from our warehouse to your location.

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Covers goods, insurance, and freight to a port.

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Delivered to you, but you pay all import duties and taxes.

International Shipping Considerations:
We strongly recommend engaging with local authorized shipping agents before ordering. Understanding your country’s import duties, taxes, and customs is essential.

Requirements for Thai GMP-Certified Factory Products:
Products from Thai GMP-certified factories require FDA registration and a Manufacturing Services Agreement for commercial sale. Shipments marked “FOR SAMPLES” are intended for evaluation only and may not require FDA registration, but local taxes/regulations still apply.

Sample Shipments:
“FOR SAMPLES” shipments are intended to facilitate customs clearance for product evaluation. Local regulations still apply.

Important Advisory:
Check and comply with local import regulations and tax requirements before shipping. This avoids unexpected costs and ensures seamless delivery.


Returns, Complaints, and Shipping Responsibility

  • Risk Transfer: Ownership and risk transfer to the client upon shipment from our facility, unless otherwise specified.

  • Complaints and Returns:
    All defect or damage claims must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery, following our official Sample Acceptance & Rejection Policy. Claims require a full unboxing video and photographic evidence.
    Returns are accepted only for authorized, pre-approved defect claims. No returns for non-defective or unwanted items.
    Any unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  • Return Shipping:
    The client is responsible for all return shipping costs unless a manufacturer error is confirmed.

  • Note:
    All products must be returned in original condition and packaging as part of any approved claim.

Shipping FAQ

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with missing items?

You must follow our Sample Acceptance & Rejection Policy and submit a claim within 2 business days of delivery with a full unboxing video and photos. Claims that do not meet all requirements will not be accepted. See our policy for details.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

We only accept returns for authorized, pre-approved claims of manufacturing defects. No returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
