Complimentary Delivery: For clients with a registered business or delivery address within Bangkok Metropolitan Area, B.T. SPACESHIP CO., LTD. provides free delivery using our in-house logistics or local couriers.
Scope: Free delivery applies to a single location per order and includes standard delivery to the ground floor or receiving area only. Additional handling or inside delivery may incur a fee.
Delivery Options: For destinations outside the Bangkok Metropolitan Area, shipping fees apply. Delivery is via reputable domestic couriers or transport companies.
Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are calculated by weight, volume, and destination. The Client is responsible for shipping costs and any additional charges (e.g., remote area surcharge, insurance).
Shipping Arrangements: The Client may nominate a preferred courier or request the Manufacturer to arrange shipping at the Client’s expense.
Shipping Terms: All international shipments (outside Thailand) are arranged under CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) Terms to the destination port or airport specified by the Client.
Insurance Notice: Insurance may not be included or may be limited under CIF terms. If insurance coverage is required, the Client must request it in writing and confirm details before shipment. Otherwise, the Manufacturer is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
Responsibility: B.T. SPACESHIP CO., LTD. will handle export clearance, freight booking, and export documentation up to the destination port or airport.
Customs Clearance & Import Duties: The Client is solely responsible for all import customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any regulatory compliance at the destination country.
Freight Forwarder/Courier: For air freight (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, or others), the Client must arrange for customs clearance at their end. The Manufacturer can assist by providing all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and export documentation.
Transfer of Risk: Risk and responsibility transfer to the Client as soon as goods arrive at the port/airport of entry (CIF point). Any issues with customs, taxes, or delivery beyond the port/airport are the Client’s responsibility.
Shipment Release: Orders will only be shipped after full payment of all outstanding amounts has been received and confirmed in the Manufacturer’s bank account.
Remaining Balance: For Fulfillment & Contract Orders, the Manufacturer will invoice the remaining product and shipping balance one (1) week prior to the requested shipment date. The Client must ensure all outstanding funds are cleared and received by the Manufacturer before shipment will be scheduled.
No Partial Release: No products will be released or shipped unless full payment (including any applicable shipping, insurance, duties, or other agreed fees) is confirmed as received in advance.
Smooth Coordination: This policy is in place to ensure timely shipment and prevent delays due to banking, transfer, or documentation processing. Failure to clear payment in time may result in a rescheduling of your shipment.
Delivery Schedule: Estimated delivery or shipping times will be provided after order confirmation and may vary by method and destination. Delays due to force majeure, customs inspection, or shipping company schedule are outside the Manufacturer’s control.
Shipping Notification: Tracking numbers, shipping documents, and shipment details will be provided to the Client by email upon dispatch.
Special Arrangements: For urgent, bulk, or specialized shipments, please notify us in advance for coordination.
Bangkok/Thailand: Claims for damage or loss on delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence.
International Shipments: If goods are damaged or lost during international transit (before CIF handover), the Manufacturer will assist the Client in filing a claim with the freight carrier or insurer, if insurance was arranged. After the goods arrive at the port/airport (CIF handover), all claims must be handled by the Client directly with the freight forwarder or insurer. The Manufacturer is not responsible for uninsured losses during transit.

All international clients must ensure they have a licensed customs broker or clearance agent at the destination.
The Manufacturer is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or penalties at customs in the Client’s country.
Additional storage fees may apply for unclaimed shipments or customs delays beyond our control.
