Important:
For all tests, we will use finished retail-size product samples taken directly from your actual order. This ensures the results reflect the final product that your customers will receive. After your order is placed and processed, we will retain 2–3 units per product as needed for testing (quantities as shown above). If additional units are needed for extended or duplicate tests, our team will inform you in advance.
Please note: The cost of testing does not include the manufacture of extra samples—your order quantity should be sufficient to cover both sales and required testing samples.
All in-house testing is for internal QC and regulatory prep.
Official export markets may require third-party certified lab results (e.g. Intertek, SGS, etc.).
Final responsibility for compliance and required testing rests with the client.
If a client opts out of recommended testing, B.T. SPACESHIP will not be liable for regulatory rejections, customer complaints, or product-related claims.
Not in all markets, but full testing is strongly recommended for quality assurance, retailer acceptance, and regulatory readiness.
In-house tests are suitable for internal and preliminary regulatory filing. For official export, third-party certification may be required; we can coordinate this.
We support compliance prep but cannot guarantee final market approval. Final acceptance depends on licensed assessors and country-specific authorities.
No, GMP certification is for our facility. We can confirm our status to partners/regulators if needed.
