At B.T. SPACESHIP CO., product quality is our top priority. To protect both parties and ensure transparent resolution of any issues, all clients are required to strictly follow our Acceptance & Rejection procedure.
Claims that do not meet these requirements will be automatically rejected without review or exception.
Immediate Inspection Required:
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Claim Deadline:
Any claim for defect, damage, or shortage must be submitted within 2 business days of the delivery date (based on official carrier tracking, not the client’s schedule).
No Extensions:
Late claims will not be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of reason.
Unboxing Video (HD, Minimum 720p):
Must capture the entire unboxing process in a single, unedited video.
Start with a clear view of the unopened shipping label and exterior packaging.
Show all sides of the box, open on camera, and display all contents fully.
No cuts, edits, pauses, or missing footage—any deviation results in automatic claim rejection.
Defect Photos:
Provide clear, well-lit close-up and overview photos of each reported issue.
All photos must be timestamped and correspond to the video evidence.
Original Packaging:
Retain all original packaging and packing materials until the claim is fully resolved.
Disposal of packaging prior to claim closure automatically voids eligibility.
Complete the official Rejection/Complaint Submission Form (see below or [download link]).
Attach your unedited unboxing video and defect photos.
Claims without the required evidence will be rejected without review.
Submit all required documents within 2 business days of delivery to claims@btspaceship.com.
Claims sent to any other email address or via unofficial channels will be ignored and automatically closed.
Claims are reviewed strictly in the order received.
Only claims with full, compliant evidence will be considered. Incomplete or non-compliant claims will be closed with no further correspondence.
B.T. SPACESHIP CO. reserves the right to request further clarification or additional evidence if necessary.
If approved, we will arrange a resolution (replacement, repair, or credit/refund) at our sole discretion.
For returns, products must be shipped back in original condition with all packaging and at the client’s cost unless otherwise agreed.
Claims made after 2 business days of delivery are not eligible.
Claims lacking video evidence, proper photos, or original packaging are invalid.
Claims for minor cosmetic imperfections not affecting product function, or issues due to mishandling/storage after delivery, are not eligible.
B.T. SPACESHIP CO. reserves the right to deny any claim not 100% compliant with these requirements.
