Our in-house formulas are pre-developed, lab-tested products that are ready to brand and launch. They’re ideal for startups or small brands who want to enter the market quickly with lower risk.

Many clients start with in-house formulas to learn their market, gather feedback, and then move into full custom formulation later.

Custom Formulation
Custom formulation is designed for brands that are ready to develop something more tailored and differentiated. This path offers more flexibility, but also follows a more structured and slower process to keep everything aligned (formula, packaging, labels, and production).

We currently offer two custom levels:

• Option 1 – Custom with Minor Adjustments

  • MOQ: from 250 pcs

  • Scope: adjust or add up to 3 ingredients to an existing base concept

  • Best for: brands who want a bit more uniqueness while still keeping things simple and manageable

• Option 2 – Full / More Complex Custom

  • MOQ: from 1,000 pcs

  • Scope: more than 3 ingredient changes, new or more complex formulas, or very specific performance/positioning

  • Best for: established brands, niche concepts, or projects that require high differentiation

All custom projects follow a clear step-by-step process:

1. Confirm and approve formulation →

2. Approve sample label and packaging direction →

3. Proceed to production only after these are finalised.

This structure helps prevent misalignment, last-minute changes, and tracking issues for both sides.

Which option is right for you?

• If you’re just starting out or testing an idea → In-House Formulas are usually recommended.

• If you already know your market and need more control over ingredients, texture, or story → Custom Formulation (250 pcs or 1,000 pcs) is a better fit.
