Fulfillment & Contract Orders

At B.T. SPACESHIP CO., LTD., we offer flexible Fulfillment/Contract order options to help clients manage stock, storage, and shipping more efficiently. This option is ideal for clients who want to secure production in bulk but prefer to receive shipments in smaller lots over time.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order

  • At checkout, select the "Fulfillment / Contract" order type.

  • Choose "Bank Transfer" as your payment method (bank details provided after order confirmation).

  • "Fulfillment / Contract" do not currently accept Paypal or Credit card payment

2. Payment Structure

  • 50% Deposit on Products:
    Pay 50% of the product value to begin manufacturing.

  • 100% Payment for Packaging & Services:
    Pay in full for packaging, labels, FDA/documentation fees, and any other services (e.g., testing, registration).

  • Remaining 50%:
    The balance for products is paid before each shipment lot.

3. Production & Storage

  • After the deposit and required fees are received, we begin production.

  • Finished products are stored at our facility.

  • We provide complimentary storage for up to 12 months for your products, packaging, and marketing materials.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Notify us when you want to ship part or all of your order (“shipment lot”).

  • Pay the outstanding product balance for each shipment lot.

  • Shipment costs are paid separately for each lot, based on quantity, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • We dispatch your requested quantity as needed once payment for the lot and shipping is received.

5. Storage Terms

  • All finished products must be shipped and fully paid for within 12 months of production.

  • Free storage is limited to 1 year.
    After 12 months, storage fees will apply for remaining stock, packaging, or materials.

What is the Fulfillment & Contract Order option?

This option allows you to place a bulk production order and have us store your finished products, packaging, and marketing materials for up to 12 months free of charge. You can request shipments in smaller lots as needed, making it easier to manage inventory and ensure product freshness.

What are the minimum order requirements for Fulfillment & Contract Orders?

The overall minimums are 100 pieces for in-house formulas, 250 pieces for minor adjustments, and 1,000 pieces for custom formulations. Each individual shipment (lot) must be at least 100 pieces.

What happens if I don’t clear all products within 12 months?

After the complimentary storage period, storage fees will apply for any remaining goods. Unclaimed items may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion, with no compensation.
