 Fully Custom-Made Formula

For brands that require full control over formulation, our Fully Custom-Made Formula service provides extensive flexibility in ingredient selection, texture, actives, and sensory characteristics.

Order Quantity Options

Choose the option that best fits your project stage and level of customization:

Option 1 – Custom with Minor Adjustments (Up to 3 Ingredients)

  • Minimum Order Quantity: 250 pcs per product SKU

  • Ideal for:

    • Adding or tweaking up to 3 ingredients to our existing base

    • Testing a new concept with lower MOQ

    • Pilot runs or concept validation

Option 2 – Full Custom / More Complex Changes (More than 3 Ingredients)

  • Minimum Order Quantity: 1,000 pcs per product SKU

  • Ideal for:

    • More than 3 ingredient changes

    • Completely new or more complex formulations

    • Highly tailored concepts with unique positioning

All-In Formulation Fee (Per Formula)

This is one combined fee that covers both formulation work and standard samples & shipping for all rounds:

  • THB 10,000 per formula for international orders

    • Includes formulation work, translation, and standard sample production & shipment for up to 5 rounds internationally

  • THB 5,000 per formula for local (Thailand) orders

    • Includes formulation work and standard sample production & shipment for up to 5 rounds within Thailand

    • Excludes translation

The difference in pricing reflects logistics and shipping costs for international vs. local sample shipments.

✔️ This all-in fee includes:

  • Core formula development

  • Procurement of ingredients for lab/sample work

  • Internal testing

  • Up to 5 formulation rounds (1 initial + up to 4 revisions), guided by your feedback

  • Standard sample production and shipping for all included rounds (local or international depending on your package)

⚠️ Important:

  • This fee does not include any import duties, customs charges, VAT, or other local taxes in the destination country.

  • Any such duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client and may be charged directly by customs or couriers.

Formulation Iterations

You’ll receive up to 5 rounds of formulation refinements, allowing you to fine-tune:

  • Texture & viscosity

  • Scent and fragrance level

  • Skin feel / sensory profile

  • Other performance aspects as needed

Each round is guided by your feedback and supported by our R&D team to ensure the final product aligns with your expectations, brand identity, and target market.

⚠️ Note:

  • Complex actives, non-stocked raw materials, premium components, or special-effect ingredients may incur additional ingredient costs, which will be quoted separately if applicable.

Important Notes

Ingredient Availability
If any selected ingredients are unavailable, discontinued, or restricted in your target market, we will propose comparable alternatives that maintain your desired concept and performance as closely as possible.

Scope of All-In Fee
The all-in formulation fee covers:

  • Base formula development

  • Standard ingredient sourcing for lab-scale batches

  • Internal testing and adjustments across the included rounds

  • Standard sample production and shipping for up to 5 rounds

It does not include:

  • High-cost premium actives or special patented ingredients

  • Special licensing costs

  • Extra-large or commercial bulk ingredient purchases

  • Market-specific registration fees

  • Import duties and local taxes at destination

Documentation Support
Once a formula is approved, we can additionally support with (quoted separately as needed):

  • Regulatory paperwork (e.g., FDA, PIF)

  • Stability, Microbial and compatibility testing

  • Full ingredient percentage disclosure (where applicable under your project scope and agreement)

Phase 1 – Discovery

Step 1: Submit Formulation Request

Share your product idea with us by completing our formulation request form.

Timeline:

Our team will review your brief and respond within 2–7 business days with:

  • Estimated formulation costs
  • Proposed key ingredients
  • Packaging suggestions or suitable substitutes (if applicable)

Phase 2 – Proposal & Confirmation

Step 2: Review Proposal & Confirm

Review our proposal and request any adjustments or alternative ingredient options.

Once finalized:

  • Confirm your project
  • Make payment for the formulation fee

Estimated time between Phase 1 → Phase 2:

1–4 weeks, depending on feedback, revisions, and project complexity.

Phase 3 – Formulation & Sampling

Step 3: Receive Sample Variations

We begin laboratory work and prepare your sample variations based on your selected direction.

  • 3 sample variations per round
  • Up to 5 formulation rounds included (initial + 4 adjustment rounds)

Additional options:

  • Extra formulation round: THB 3,000
  • Extra sample per variation: THB 1,500

All samples are provided in full retail size for realistic testing, evaluation, or presentation.

Optional: Client Design Sticker & Template – THB 5,000

If you would like your samples to feature your branding, we offer a sticker + label template option:

  • We provide a blank label template for you to place your own design
  • We print and apply your client-designed sticker to each sample
  • Covers up to 5 formulation rounds, even if the ingredients differ between versions

Because each version may contain different ingredients or technical information, some details (such as ingredient list, batch number, or version notes) may be added using a white sticker placed alongside or on top of your main sticker to ensure accuracy.

Estimated time between Phase 2 → Phase 3:

Typically 10–20 business days, depending on formula complexity and raw material availability.

Phase 4 – Finalization & Production Booking

Step 4: Final Approval & Production Deposit

Once you approve the final formula, we will issue a pro forma invoice including:

  • 50% production deposit
  • 100% payment for any custom packaging and FDA fees (if selected)

Estimated time between Phase 3 → Phase 4:

1–4 weeks, depending on how quickly the final sample is tested and approved.

Phase 5 – Production

Step 5: Production & Final Balance

Your approved formula moves into production.

Production lead time:

  • Standard: 30–60 days, depending on ingredients and packaging
  • Custom packaging may extend lead time

We will notify you one week before completion and request the final balance payment.

Phase 6 – Delivery & Post-Production

Step 6: Delivery & Post-Production Support

Once full payment is completed, your products will be prepared for shipping or pickup.

You will also receive free product photos for orders of 500 pcs or more

(You may opt out of photos for THB 3,000).

Estimated time between Phase 5 → Phase 6:

1–4 weeks, depending on logistics, shipping schedules, and delivery location.

Review Proposal & Confirm You may request ingredient changes or concept adjustments. Once you confirm the direction, we will invoice for the formulation fee to begin development.

Formulation & Receive Samples You’ll receive up to 5 formulation rounds, each including sample variations (3 variations per round) in full retail size.

Final Approval & Production Deposit Once you approve the final formula, we will issue a pro forma invoice for:

Production & Final Balance Standard production takes approximately 30–60 days depending on materials and packaging. We will notify you 1 week before completion to arrange final balance payment.

Delivery & Free Photos After final payment, your products will be shipped or ready for pickup. Orders of 500 pcs or more include free product photography.
